Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

  • The item must be shipped back to us within 14 days from the date you received it.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item received.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued within 5 to 10 business days.

Refunds will be issued through your preferred method where possible, or via alternative arrangements agreed upon via email. Since we offer Cash on Delivery, we may refund through direct bank transfer or another method agreed upon during the return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer

  • Customized or personalized items
